You retain all copyrights and ownership interests in your content. For tools requiring server-side execution, you grant ToolMela a limited, temporary license to process and return the output file solely for the requested task.

All summaries, OCR text extractions, and assisted drafts produced by automated tools are provided strictly as drafts subject to human review. Automated models may produce factual inaccuracies or omissions.

• Calculators: Numerical tools provide mathematical estimates based on entered numbers, not certified advice.
• Finance & Tax Tools: Content is educational and does not constitute formal financial, accounting, or tax counsel.
• Legal / Document Tools: Generated documents are starting drafts and do not replace professional legal representation.

Website design, code, graphics, and documentation belong to ToolMela or its licensors. Users may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or resell ToolMela tools without written permission.

ToolMela may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) or external links. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the respective provider.

Prohibited actions include: illegal activities, malware distribution, scraping or automated abuse, circumventing security limiters, or forging official credentials using our tools.

Your use of ToolMela is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details local browser execution, server processing boundaries, and advertising disclosures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
